Jaya College of Arts and Science, Thiruninravur (JCAS Chennai) is an earlier established college which was started recently in the year 1992. Situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu this is affiliated college is spread over a total land area of 7.77 acres. The programmes provided by JCAS Chennai include 32 courses in ten degree programmes to address a total student population of 3,797. The college currently has a total of 128 faculties and the institute has relatively good strength of student faculty ratio.

Jaya College of Arts and Science possesses numerous amenities aimed at providing the college learners with even better educational environment and personal growth. Library is one of the academic utilities located in an 8100 sq meters hall with more than 10,121 titles and 21,678 volumes. Its facility holds 150 student and it has digital library where every student has a username and password to log in. The IT services provided in the campus include well developed, modern and integrated technological services, sophisticated laboratories for various departments and necessity of sports and games for fitness.

JCAS Chennai has earned its reputation through being a centre of educational excellence offering numerous undergraduate and post graduate courses in a number of fields. The college now offers 32 courses which include B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc in subjects that include information technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, and Mathematics, BA in English, Commerce, Hindi, Biotechnology and many post graduate programmes such as M.Com, M.Sc, MCA and MBA programmes. All offered courses are full-time and our institution is aimed at offering quality education in arts, science and management disciplines.
