Jaypee College of Education, Rewa: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Jaypee College of Education at Rewa was set up in the year 2007, situated at J.P Nagar Naubasta Rewa, Madhya Pradesh and it is affiliated college. This co-educational institution is affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to show its determination of producing quality teachers. The college level programmes are vastly designed with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) concentrating and nurturing professional teachers for the future.

Jaypee College of Education has various amenities with an aim of improving the learning of students within the institution. At the centre of these is a library cum reading room where up to fifty students can seat at any one time. It has accumulated more than one thousand titles and three thousand book copies of textbooks in and reference materials, educational encyclopedias, and yearbooks. It also patronises 15 national journals of education and provide electronic publications. For the information technology inclined college offers the fundamental computers training programme that lasts for three months, in addition to the university syllabus. This additional certification prepares the students for the new education requirements to meet modern society digital world skills market needs.

As of now the Jaypee College of Education, Rewa offers only one principal course i.e the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This is a two year full time course and has an approved capacity of 100 students. The B.Ed programme aims at producing qualified teachers for practice in schools, teachers who have both the knowledge and skills.

Considering the rules laid down by the State Government/UT Administration and the affiliated University admission process of the Jaypee College of Education is as follows- Even in the admission process the basic criterion is merit as percentage of marks secured in the qualifying exam/entrance exam.
