Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College Jaipur, Rajasthan was founded in the year 2008 is one of the well known medical colleges of the city. This affiliated college was recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and used more than one kind of medical programme. Destined for becoming a well-equipped medical center, the college has 968 students, including enrols, and 239, including faculty members. The institution teaches 14 courses in three degree programmes with a focus on medical disciplines. It is a co-educational institution and the candidate mash be assured of a composite environment in the school.

The Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College  has a wide range of facilities that will in one way or another assist students in their daily life. The campus does provide different hostels for boys and girls so that students feel free to reside in the hostels. Equipped with the accurate and qualitative books, newspapers, journals etc., gives the wisdom center to each of the learners which is library. The practical learning center called Laboratory. The college also has a hospital facility within the compound to allow the students practical exposure to cases. As for recreation, the schools has a gym for student’s physical fitness. This campus also provides students with modern IT facilities to encourage the use of those hands in resourcing.

The university offers a total of 14 full-time courses and specialise in different types of medicine. Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College is one of the prestigious medical colleges along with being renowned in Rajasthan. The admission procedure at Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College is extremely competitive, being conducted through various national-level entrance examinations.

Undergraduate programs like an MBBS course are done through the NEET UG examination. The NEET UG is an annual examination that usually begins its application process in February and ends in March. The NEET UG is the only qualifying examination for MBBS admission in India

The postgraduate admissions into MD and MS programs are based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate NEET PG. The basic eligibility criteria for MBBS admission are the passing of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. For admission into postgraduate programs, candidates need to have completed their MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Approvals by the National Medical Commission (NMC) guarantee that the programs of Jhalawar Hospital and Medical College meet national standards for medical education.

Admission to all the above mentioned postgraduate programs is based on the AU PG NEET performance. The counselling for these programs is conducted on national, followed by the state level counselling for seat allotment.

Going by last year's cutoffs, 594 was the cutoff score for Jhalwar Medical college and the respective rank was 9254 under 85% state quota for general category candidates.
