Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities, Sonipat: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Located in Sonipat, Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities was established in the year 2013 as another integral constituent college of O.P. Jindal Global University. This co-educational institution is located in the National Capital Region of Delhi, offering a wide range of programs in liberal arts and humanities with a faculty strength of 50. It offers four unique courses at three degree levels. The curriculum of the institution reflects its commitment towards providing interdisciplinary education, where traditional liberal arts go hand in hand with modern subjects.  There are about 48,000 print volumes and a few e-resources—adequate to provide research material to students—in the library. The fitness aspirants will have at their disposal a well-equipped gym and a variety of sports facilities like cricket, basketball, football, and swimming, managed by qualified coaches. At the same time, the IT infrastructure is supportive of modern learning needs, and an ICICI bank branch and ATMs are available on campus to meet all financial requirements. The institute has a food court, "Biswamil Bistro," catering to multiple cuisines, reflecting the global aspiration and the Indian tradition of this institution.

Among the four full-time courses available in the school are BA Hons in Liberal Arts and Humanities, BFA Hons, BA Sociology Hons, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Research and Innovation. These courses meet diverse interests within the spectrum of liberal arts, from broad-based interdisciplinary studies to specialized studies in fine arts or sociology.

The admission process is usually in three steps at JSLH. For undergraduate programs in BA Hons Liberal Arts and Humanities, BFA Hons, and BA Sociology Hons, the process goes from admission form evaluation to an online entrance test and ends with a personal interview.
