JLU School of Education, Bhopal: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

JLU School of Education Bhopal is one of the constituent colleges of Jagran Lakecity University established at Mugaliyachap, Near Ratibad, Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. As one of the members of this giant university family, its mission here is to prepare future educators for their professional work. The school is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which shows that the school meets national requirement for training teachers. Located in a large 230 acre compound, JLU School of Education provides a teaching learning environment.

Currently, the JLU School of Education has various facilities that would enhance it’s academic activities. A modern library popularly christened ‘The Pyramid’ comprises of 28,000 square feet of space in order to accommodate a rich stock of textbooks, technical magazines, edition periodicals and reference books. This resource centre is intended to serve the purpose of an educational, research-oriented and professional institution of the university. Internet connection was established as fast WI-FI with full awareness of it reaching the students to enable them fully exploit technological tools. 

At present, JLU School of Education offers its B.Ed programme which is a two-year full time course. This has being fashioned in such a way that it would produce corps to teach, give them the complete pedagogy skills that is required in the teaching profession. Sections for this particular course have an approved intake of one hundred seats which are considered by the school management as an adequate measure that would allow the school to give quality education by limiting the number of students per class.

JLU School of Education, Admission Procedure for B.Ed programme is also done on merit basis as per the provisions bind in the State Government/Union Territory Administration and University.
