Kalahandi School of Engineering and Technology (KSET), was founded in the year 2008, is one of the leading institution situated at Uditnarayanpur, Bhawanipatna, Odisha. With AICTE affiliation to this affiliated college, multiple diploma programmes are offered in the field of engineering. Located on a colossal plot of land of 6.37 acre, KSET altogether enrolls 849 students and count 45 teachers. In order to improve students’ learning process KSET has acquired huge number of relevant facilities, which are listed below. In order to maintain the proportionate distribution of the students CNSG has higher intake of 90 students in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering courses while 30 students only for Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering branch.

Diploma in Civil Engineering: The intake of this course has been approved to 90 students. It is admitted through the Diploma Entrance Test (DET) and counseling conducted by DTET, Odisha. The course educates students in civil engineering principles and practice.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering: It also has the same intake capacity of 90 students and the same DET and DTET counseling for admission. It covers different topics of electrical systems and their applications.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: It also has an intake capacity of 90 students with the same DET and DTET counseling for admission. It covers fundamental mechanical engineering concepts and their applications in industries.
Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering: This diploma has a limited intake of 30 students. The admission is based on DET performance and then counseling by DTET, Odisha. It gives students a strong base in computer science and programming.
Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering: With an approved strength of 30 students, this course also demands candidates to clear the DET and undergo the DTET counseling process. It specializes in electronic systems and communication technologies.
