Kaliachak College was established in 1995 as an affiliated college in Sultanganj, Kaliachak, Malda, West Bengal. The institution has expanded gradually but at a steady pace since it commenced. This college offers multiple courses at the undergraduate level with 19 courses distributed into four degrees and caters to a large number of students, with enrolment standing at 8,714. Kaliachak College, being NAAC accredited, speaks well about strong commitment towards quality in education. This college has a strength of 23 dedicated teachers, and the institution is making an endeavor to keep the student-teacher ratio healthy so that students receive personal attention and guidance.

Besides, it has 8 fully equipped laboratories for subjects such as Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Physics, Geography, Education, Computer Science, and Language studies.
