The Kamala College, Kolhapur college cricket team was selected for the interzone cricket competition. Which was a huge achievement for the college for building a full women cricket team and getting selected for the interzone cricket competition.  

The Kamala College, Kolhapur was established on 16th June 1984. The college is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. It is the only women’s college in the city of Kolhapur. It was Inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Late Hon. Shri Vasantdada Patil. The college offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. 

The UG courses include BCA, BA, B.Voc and B.Com in different fields. For Kamala College, Kolhapur UG admissions candidates must have passed the two year Pre-University examination examination recognized as equivalent. For science courses candidates must have at least studied two subjects in Senior secondary examination. 

The PG courses include M.A and PGD in different disciplines. Students who are aspiring Kamala College, Kolhapur PG admissions must hold a bachelor’s degree (with the required subject) or equivalent from any recognised University with at least 50% aggregate marks. The college also offers various facilities to the students.
