Karnavati School of Dentistry established in 2005, dental institutions of Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Approved by the Dental Council of India, this institution is able to offer undergraduate and postgraduate dental programs. The KSD, located on a 33-acre campus, has a total student enrolment of 536, with 146 faculty members. It offers 9 courses in 2-degree types, with specialization in numerous branches of dentistry. The 77% female and 23% male student body makes the KSD truly representative-a place for all sections of society to come and learn.

The institute provides an array of state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the learning experience of its students. 24x7 library having more 4,000 books and subscribing about 50 scientific journals. Equipped with computer lab having 50 computers and reading room to have about 300 students. KSD has a separate arrangement of hostel facilities for boys and girls in each, 40 rooms consisting of A/C rooms, special rooms, and dormitories. The campus features all sports facilities, a well equipped gym, and a hygienic cafeteria that serves quality food. Adding to this is an auditorium for conducting events and seminars and departmental laboratories for practical experience.

Karnavati School of Dentistry runs a total of 9 courses, under the full time undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The flagship course being its Bachelor of Dental Surgery that holds 100 seats. It, bodes numerous postgraduate MDS courses of three permitted seats to each specification. They include Oral Medicine and Radiology, Prosthodontics and Crown Bridge, Periodontology, Conservative and Endodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. 

The total student intake of the institute shall be 124, with 100 seats for the BDS programs and 24 for the MDS programs. The admissions shall be made strictly on the basis of merit through a defined process at Karnavati School of Dentistry. For the BDS program, the candidate must have qualified or been successful for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in the current academic year. Simultaneously, for the MDS program, the candidate must have a good score on the NEET PG examination. For this institute, NEET and NEET MDS scores are required for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs, respectively.
