KCNIT College of Education, Banda, was established in 2016 which is co-educational college situated. This is an affiliated college, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) comprises exclusively of teacher education. Located on a piece of land of 0.06887 acres, KCNIT College of Education provides inspiring learning environment for those who decided to become a teacher. The college takes a total of 155 students and comprises a faculty of 18 member, which promotes a healthy student-teacher ratio affording the students individual attention and effective education. 

KCNIT College of Education with adequate amenities to facilitate excellence in the academic experience of the students. The library is imperative for a successful education. The commitment to modern education is well demonstrated by the fact that institution has a fully equipped computer centre that occupies as many as 10,000 square feet. This centre has 500 latest computers and servers, providing a sound networking and internet facility of VSAT and leased line. In pursuit to the students’ comprehensive growth, the KCNIT College of Education has available sporting complex, clinic with first aid services, and modern gymnasium. KCNIT College of Education offers one primary course, the B.Ed programme which stands for Bachelor of Education. This is a full-time two- year course has an approved capacity of one hundred students to improve the college’s quality teacher training. The B.Ed programme has studying objectives of producing effective teachers equipped with necessary competencies to perform fruitful careers in the field of education.
