I found that a well stocked library in my proposed school has 6916 books,85 sets of encyclopedia and 77 dictionary, with 50 students capacity per batch. 4 educational journals are subscribed by the institution to ensure that students are well informed on new trends of the subject.
Efficient computer laboratory resources enable the students to achieve mastery in basic and advanced programs as well as in operative systems, enhancing with this not only technical but also intellectual skills. The college also has sports grounds, an acoustic hall for conferences and other celebrations, a canteen for teachers and learners. Also, adequate college provisions and a health center with first aid facilities serve the health needs of the college community.
Kerala University College Teachers Education, Kariavattom makes it its goal to produce quality teachers that will contribute significantly to education through its B.Ed. program. In this respect, this full-time two year course has an approved annual intake capacity of fifty students to maintain an adequate student-faculty ratio as a hallmark of this institution.
