Khaja Bandanawaz University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Kalaburagi was established in 1980, and is affiliated to established universities. This constituent college is in Kalaburagi, Karnataka state and the institution provides a broad spectrum of engineering courses. The institute, which occupies the vast area of 13 acres of land, has a total student capacity of 774 students and a total faculty of 68.

Khaja Bandanawaz University has taken pride in making provide its students the best overall environment conducive to learning. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology provides 8 BE full time programmes including all branches of engineering. These courses offer the students adequate grounding in the respective specialised fields and virtue an armed prepared message to operate in the technological world- Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering etc.

KCET admission system is mainly used and the institute mainly gets its students through Karnataka Common Entrance Test, a test conducted for students seeking engineering education in the state of Karnataka.
