Khyati Institute of Integrated Law, Ahmedabad, is one of the newer institutions in the area, with its inception in 2015. The affiliated college at Palodia, Ahmedabad, is approved by the Bar Council of India, spread over an area of 2 acres. The institute has a total enrollment of 28 students and a faculty strength of 7. KIIL offers personalized educational experience with a very favorable student-faculty ratio.

At KIIL, there is a state-of-the-art array of facilities for enriching learning experiences and, in general, student life. The library is the center for all academic resources. A Moot Court hall provides hands-on training in legal argumentation and court etiquette. This practical exposure is very necessary for students to continue in their legal profession. KIIL has also provided separate hostels for boys and girls with spacious rooms, well-furnished, including attached bath facilities. The campus is modern with all amenities such as laboratories, an auditorium for events and seminars, a cafeteria, and sports facilities. Extracurricular activities for the welfare of students include a gym and medical facilities. First-aid is, of course, available on campus; hospitals are found in the surrounding area.

Khyati Institute of Integrated Law offers only one integrated course at the undergraduate level: B.Com LLB. This integrated course is a five-year full-time program that combines the studies of commerce and law. Students are provided an in-depth knowledge of both disciplines involved. The sanctioned intake of this course is 120 seats, thus showing the expanding nature of this institute. The B.Com LLB course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and abilities needed for a flourishing legal career, specifically at the junction of law and commerce.
