ApplyRanked #41 amongst institutions in Management by NIRF | 100% Placement | Last Date to Apply: 28th April
Hello Chinmayee,
KJSOM is better than IBS Hyderabad.
In all parameters from Placement 9 and 7.5.
Batch size 200 and 1000+ respectively.
Hope it clears your doubt.
All the best
Greetings,
Simran to be on safe side you need to score 85 percentile or above to secure a seat in KSOM . And as you have not mentioned your percentile or score I cannot possibly tell you whether you will be get admission in here or not but if you have percentile above 85 you can stop worrying but in the end it all depends on the number of applicants , their scores , seats in different program . But if you have not got above 85 then do drop a comment or write a question stating your pecentile and your scores then I can suggest different colleges where you can apply according to your percentile .
Other eligibility criteria requirement :
Graduation in any discipline with 50 % aggregate marks
10th and 12 th board examination with 50 % aggregate marks
Hi Subhransu,
There is apparently no information given about the ranks on the official website. The counselling session is starting from May 10 for admissions. You can contact the institute at 0674-2742103 / 2741747 for any kind of query related to admissions. These numbers are assigned for student queries only. To know more about the admissions, counselling, and documents to carry for counselling, you can explore the KIIT-KSOM brochure here -
Hope that helps.
There is no any fixed cutoff of the college, But if you try to score more than 70 percentile in CMAT entrance exam then the chances is there decent to get a call from the college.
Ayushi MAT score and percentile required to get admission vary from college to college. And MAT score is not the only criteria to get a call from any of the colleges. First, there are eligibility criteria for each college then they call you for next round of WSAT, GD and interview on the basis of your aggregate score made with different parameters including your MAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, extracurricular. Again all these parameters have different weightage in the aggregate score for different colleges.
For KIIT school of management, Bhubaneshwar MAT cut off is generally 600+ marks. It's a pretty good college with a good infrastructure, low fees and a good placement record.
