Kishnu Babu Shivhare Mahavidyalaya, Hamirpur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

It was established in the year 2014 and is located in Sisolar with its district located in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. The college is affiliated and recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE. The college is spread on an area of 1.344 acres. The number of students is 683, and it has faculty of 8 teaching teachers. The college offers 4 undergraduate and diploma programs. According to the academic interests, it imparts BA, B.Sc, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed degree courses. The institution is pretty new, but the aim behind setting up the institution was to impart quality education to the student fraternity of the region in numerous disciplines.

 The college is well equipped with a host of facilities that help make learning interesting and exciting. The college library has a capacity to accommodate 1500 books. It subscribes to almost 10 educational journals and periodicals for the benefit of students in their academics. For this purpose, it has a lecture hall that can accommodate up to 100 individuals which is ideal for study and research work. The same is supplemented by an excellent IT structure. For the lovers of sports activities, the college has a big playground for football, volleyball, badminton, and cricket. The laboratory environments for practical experiences are department-based. The canteen within the campus offers refreshment to the staff and the students, thus contributing towards strengthening the sense of unity in the campus. 

Kishnu Babu Shivhare Mahavidyalaya offers 4 full-time programmes in all, and all of them are regular. The highest intake taken in this campus is 1110. Obviously, the BA programme will contain the highest number of seats, which is 560 numbers, followed by B.Sc with 400 numbers of seat. B.Ed will come to take 100 numbers of seats, while D.El.Ed will have 50. They are abreast of all that is possible specification and course details interesting them. 

Admission process at Kishnu Babu Shivhare Mahavidyalaya varies course to course. For admission into a course in B.Ed and D.El.Ed, the candidate is selected on the basis of merit, that is, marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The above procedure of selection depends upon the rules of the Uttar Pradesh government as well as the affiliated university.
