KK College of Pharmacy, Chennai, India was started in the year 1992 is one of the reputed pharmacy colleges. This affiliated college is situated in Gerugambakkam, Chennai and is situated in a small portion of 1.48 acre. The institute affiliated iwth the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has a wide pharmacy course portfolio. The students seat capacity is 579 and the number of faculties are 33 which gives a good focused teaching learning atmosphere. At present, the college provides of 7 courses in four degree programmes that cover all the aspects of pharmaceutical sciences giving the learner a broad base of knowledge to practice in the challenging vocation of pharmacy.

KK College of Pharmacy has a display of various facilities that aims to improve the learning environment of the students. With a seating capacity of one hundred students, the college library is located on the ground floor and comprises an elaborate variety of books that touches on core subjects with relevance to college’s pharmaceutical campus. The library holds subscriptions to 15 national and 10 international journals, e-journals to support research and other academic goals. There is also an ideal college laboratory to give practical experience in all the branches of pharmaceuticals to the students. Well-equipped IT facilities such as wireless internet are available in the campus in order to support its students. Concerning other recreational centres, the college has arranged sports amenities and another business hall with facilities for occasions and seminars. The cafeteria is an essential recreational area where students and other personnel can get food on the campus. In addition, the college provide hostel facility for both male and female students which makes students living in the college comfortable.

This institution provides all courses in pharmacy catering for all employment opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. KK College of Pharmacy offers 7 full time programmes at different levels of study. And these include the undergraduate level B.Pharma and D.Pharma, postgraduate level M.Pharma with the Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology and then we have the doctoral Pharm.D and Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate levels of education. The college has a total approved intake capacity as 239 for all the courses offered in the college further illustrating out quest to develop pharmacists for the future.

KK College of Pharmacy has set down specific admission procedure for its various programmes.
