KLE Society's Basavaprabhu Kore Arts Science and Commerce College, Chikodi, established in I969, is a constituent of K.L.E. Society Chikodi, Karnataka. This co-educational college which is located in a 23.12 acres of a land provides 15 courses of 5 degree. It has a total of 1,195 students in addition to its faculty and staff strength of 300 that allow it to create a favourable leaning environment for students. It is NAAC accredited and is an affiliated college with focus on Arts, Science and Commerce.

Basavaprabhu Kore Arts Science and Commerce College has numerous infrastructures that seek to improve the learning environment as presented below. The core of the sets of academic resources is a library that provides the reader with more than fifty thousands of books and CDs. This digital library which has 13 computers and Internet facility has been provided INFLIBNET facility for students free of cost with 17120 e-journals out of which 2100 are free and 70000 e-books. For practicals as well as research, eight well equipped laboratories are there to support various departments of science stream. It also has an auditorium for occasions and seminars plus a clean canteen and a health facility inclusive of first aid services.

Basavaprabhu Kore Arts Science and Commerce College affiliated with the KLE Society, Belgaum, comprises of programmes from undergraduate to postgraduate level including 15 full time programmes. The college offers the Bachelor of Arts, Science and Commerce and Master of Commerce and Botany.
