KMP College of Engineering, Ernakulam: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

KMP College of Engineering, Ernakulam was installed in 2011 and is now enhancing the technical education in Kerala. Located in Asamannoor this is a co-educational body that has been preparing young students in the field of engineering for over ten years. It falls under a university system that allows it to be affiliated with a stream of quality education and governance. The college offers several B. Tech programs depending on the branch of engineering which has gradually expanded its reputation in the Kerala state.

KMP College of Engineering has nice facilities that facilitate the delivery of the students’ learning needs and experiences within the campus . The college itself has very modern labs; adequately equipped to serve the practical needs that are inherent to engineering education. At the under graduate level, KMP College of Engineering has five full time B.Tech Programmes and all these programs have a total duration of four academic years. As for the offered specialisations, student can choose the field of Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The wide available programs give a student an opportunity to join a field of their choice in the market. As for the number of places for each of the programs, it is not clear, yet the college is aimed at delivering quality education to that many enrolled students.

Though the cutoffs for the entrance tests are not described, it’s a trend in Kerala engineering colleges for admissions to give importance to state or national level entrance tests scores.
