Kongu Hi-Tek Polytechnic College was founded in 2012, an affiliated college situated in Aravakurichi, Tamil Nadu. Although this is an AICTE approved college, which is located in a large 5 acres of land, it offers only diploma courses in the engineering fields. The college has total student enrolment capacity of 476 and total faculty strength of 78 in order to provide pleasant learning environment for engineers. 

Kongu Hi-Tek Polytechnic College has been equipped with different facilities, which aims to improve the learning of the college students. The campus include; separate hostels for boys and girls with the capacity to house five hundred students each. These fully furnished hostels contain big, fresh air beds for students with daily checkups by a doctor and free chicken soup and doses for the sick. The college also has anwhere access to sick bay with first aid amenities. In academics a central library is adequately equipped with books and journals and other non book materials exceeding over 1255 volumes. On a similar note, the institution hosts sports amenities, gymnasium and also an auditorium for events, seminars among others.

At present, Kongu Hi-Tek Polytechnic College lists total six full time diploma courses that take a term of three years. These courses are meant to equip the students with knowledge principles in their respective areas of specialisation.
