Degree wise Admission Process
B.Sc Programs: Kongunadu Institute of Allied Health Sciences offers several B.Sc programs in allied health sciences. These are: B.Sc in Physician Assistant, Dialysis Technology, Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, Critical Care Technology, Medical and Laboratory Technician, Cardiac Care Technology, and Radiology and Imaging Technology. All these have an intake of 20 except for B.Sc in Radiology and Imaging Technology. The latter has 10 seats. Admission to these programs is on the basis of merit of the candidate's 10+2 or equivalent examination results, with a focus on science subjects.
Diploma Programs: The institute also conducts diploma programs in diversified fields of allied health science. These are Diploma in Radiology and Imaging Technology (10 seats), Medical and Laboratory Technician (20 seats), Health Care Aide (20 seats), Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology (20 seats), and Critical Care Technology (20 seats). Admission into the diploma programs is the same as that for B.Sc programs, based on the academic performance of candidates in their qualifying examination.
