KP Higher Education Institute, Jhalwa was established in 2013. It is an affiliated college located at Allahabad in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The institute offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in several streams. With a total of 7,051 students and a faculty strength of 103, the institute serves as a very congenial institution for aspiring students. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) accredits KP Higher Education Institute.

As per the institute policy, B.Ed admissions are made strictly on merit basis by considering marks secured at qualifying examination and entrance examination coupled with ensuring conformation to state government as well as university guidelines. Admission is merit-based in the D.El.Ed programme. It considers marks or entrance examination scores as per state government policy.
