The college which was established in 1999 is called KR Pandav Mahavidyalaya, situated at Nandanwan, Nagpur, Maharashtra. This coeducational college has 33 courses in eight programs to suit academic preferences and skills of students. Set in a large 25 acre acre compound, the college enables students to learn most effectively. With the capacity to accommodate 342 number of students and 62 faculty members, KR Pandav Mahavidyalaya pays adequate attention to needs of the students as well as quality education. It can be seen that from this institution offering quality courses at undergraduate, postgraduate levels in science, commerce, Arts and Computer Applications. 

This college comes with several state of the art facilities for learning intended to improve the learning process. Departments in the Colleges have access to fully equipped departmental laboratories that offer practical experience necessary in other scientific teaching programs. The institution boasts of a well-developed information technology that includes modern computer laboratories with suitable software to enable the students meet the competitive world. A good library is a research repository, characterized by availability of a wide array of books, journals, and other related documents needed for academic work. To support the student’s body health the college is equipped with sports amenities and has a health clinic where first aid is applied by trained staff. The campus also boasts of a cafeteria which enable students take a break from classroom and engage in social activities. 

KR Pandav Mahavidyalaya has truly created a plethora of prospects to make sure that every career feverish dangles for can be achieved. The college offers 33 programs altogether – these are bachelor’s, master’s, and other programs. Amongst the undergraduate programs offered include BCA, the various B Sc combinations like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science, Electronics, BA, B.Com, BBA and specializations like B Sc Hospitality Studies and BFD – Bachelor of Fashion Design. At postgraduate level, college offeres M.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Biotechnology and MCM (Master of Computer Management). The courses which are offered in the institution have been structured in a way that students leave with both theoretical experience and practical skills that they will need in the workplace or when they progress to the next level of their studies.
