Kruti Institute of Teacher Education, Raipur was started in the year 2013. It's an affiliated college aimed at churning around teachers of the future. The college has a campus that sprawls over 5 acres near Vidhan Sabha, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The college is affiliated with NCTE, New Delhi. With an enrolment of 283 students and 11 faculty members.

In a brief period of instauration, the institute operates with a number of facilities for the betterment of the students in their academics and in their personal development on campus. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with a seating capacity of 200 and 100, respectively. All the rooms in the hostel have an attached washroom, air cooler, and Wi-Fi. Kruti Institute of Teacher Education library is enriched with a collection of around 25,000 books and 60 journals; it is indeed a rich academic resource. Life on campus is experienced in the well-equipped laboratories, like the psychology lab, science labs, and language labs, which offer practical insights. For comfortable stay, there is a cafeteria, sports facilities, and a health centre with first-aid facilities for the students. To ensure comfortable transport, the college provides transport facilities with 10 luxurious buses including both boys and girls buses to ensure easy transportation of many parts of Raipur. 

Kruti Institute of Teacher Education offers two courses in teacher education on a full-time basis.The two-year course known as the Bachelor of Education B.Ed and Diploma in Elementary Education D.El.Ed has been, respectively.

Admission procedure at Kruti Institute of Teacher Education is followed as per merit base considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.Being a comparatively newer institution, the Kruti Institute of Teacher Education is working to establish faith in the field of teacher training; it is producing those educators through whom the education system of Chhattisgarh and even the nation would be determined.
