Lalit Mohan Memorial College of Education, Nadia was started in 2016 and hence is one of the newer institutions building the future of education. Located at Purba Nawa Para, Ranaghat, West Bengal, this co-educational college is among the affiliated institutions under the National Council for Teacher Education. There are two special education courses running presently under this institution with a total enrolment of 163 students for all courses combined. The Institution has maintained a healthy faculty strength of 32 experienced teachers to ensure a good student-to-teacher ratio for individual attention and better instructions.

Lalit Mohan Memorial College of Education runs two regular courses at undergraduate degree level: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. Both have the same course duration of two years. These courses design training for the students on the basics of teaching and education.
