Late Adv. Dadasaheb Chavan Memorial Institute of Pharmacy, Satara was established in the year 2006. This institute is one of the most valued educational hubs of pharmaceutical studies. The affiliated college has been located at Malwadi, Masur. It has approval from the PCI, New Delhi. This institute has a campus of compact 2.5 acres with two specialisations in pharmacy with a total enrolment of 114 students.

Dadasaheb Chavan Memorial Institute of Pharmacy runs two full-time courses in the field of pharmacy. The B.Pharm is an undergraduate four-year program, and D.Pharma is a two-year course. The approved intake for both programs has been fixed at 60 each, totalling to 120 seats annually. These courses have been specifically designed to provide the students with adequate theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, also making them fit for brilliant careers in the fast-changing health sector.
