College provides three-year LL.B course and five-year integrated B.A. L.L.B course; both courses have an intake of 60 students in each course approved by the Bar Council of India, meaning a total of 120 students for each year.
Late Yadavraodada Deshmukh Law College admits students primarily on the basis of the score in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law (MHCET Law). This sort of standardised test will provide an assurance of students being taken already equipped or having an ability in the legal study area. Students will have to appear for the MH-CET Law examination and then obtain qualifying marks for admission. It believes in merit in the admission's approach and thus bases on the MHCET Law scores for either LL.B or B.A.-L.L.B.
