Laxmi Institute of Management, Valsad was established in 2009. The college is a private university affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. The LIM, Valsad offers only one course at postgraduate level and the course offered is provided in full time mode only at LIM, Valsad college. 

The LIM, Valsad PG course includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA). It is a two-year full-time postgraduate course offered by the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. LIM, Valsad courses have been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). 

For LIM, Valsad MBA admissions are offered to candidates who have at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) as prescribed by AICTE or CAT/MAT/XAT, for the corresponding year.
