Lokmani Sharma Swatantrata Sangram Senani Government College, situated in Mathura, was founded in 2003, and serves as the that light of education to the U.P. This is a co-educational Institute situated in Mathura – an ancient city of spiritual importance, and the Institute has been preparing young learners for nearly two decades. Being an affiliated college, it is equipped with a broad list of studying courses for undergraduate and postgraduate levels in numerous genres. Total number of students enrolled in this college is 619 and 22 faculty members teaching the students of this college which means it has a small environment friendly setting and students can develop themselves academically.

The Lokmani Sharma Swatantrata Sangram Senani Government College teaches ove rseven courses spread across four degree programs. The offering of the course are B.A., B.Com, and two B.Sc. programs in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; and Zoology Botany and Chemistry, me M.A in History, Economics and Sociology. All these courses are full-time programs, the aim of which is to give profound knowledge in their corresponding subjects and necessary practical skills. Though the distribution of the number of seats for every course has not been defined clearly the total student intake of the college is 619 which shows that the college divided its intake capacity among the various programs in a correct and equal thin.
