Lord Krishna Mahavidyalaya, Kanpur is sponsored by a charitable society. It was established in the year 2013. It is an affiliated college located in the city of Kanpur-Dehat district, Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational institution. The present area of the campus is 1.087 acres. Lord Krishna Mahavidyalaya provides focused learning. The present total student enrolment is 216; the total number of teaching faculty is 13. Lord Krishna Mahavidyalaya operates 4 courses in 3 degree programs majoring in various subjects such as Science, Arts, and Education. The kind of commitment that the institute has towards the same is in regard to varied educational programs, which eventually meet the different academic interests and career goals. 

This college provides all sorts of facilities that develop the learning experience of students at large. In Lord Krishna Mahavidyalaya, the admission process changes with the course. Admission to the course of D.El.Ed shall be made on the basis of merit, drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as per the policy formulated by the State Government/UT Administration.
