253 is quite an average score in Neet. You know that the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Your profile shows that you belong to Rajasthan so if we go through last year's cutoffs then you can expect government quota seats in private medical colleges such as
  • Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences & Research Centre
  • Pacific Institute of Medical sciences
  • National Institute of Medical Science & Research, Jaipur
And Management quota seats in Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, American International Institute of Medical Sciences etc. You can check the cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
