As you have mentioned that your imu cet rank is 9810 which is too high to fetch any government seat. So, your chances of getting a government seat are negligible. 

To get admission in this college provided that you are a general category student you need to have rank under 400.

NO idea about any other category. 

For being on safe side for any Government college or IMU college you need to have under 1200–1500

You will not be able to get IMU Kolkata with this rank, nor IMU Mumbai. Even IMU vizag won't take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cut off rank 500-600 in general category. 

This year around 16,000 students qualified among whom barely 1500 will secure their seats in government colleges and rest will either wait for next IMU-CET or are sponsored or will make their entry into some private college.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for achieving such a rank in IMU CET 2019. Now coming back to your question, the past years cutoff trend reveals that with the rank that you have attained, you have a high probability of admission in Indian Maritime Univesity, Chennai Campus in Maritime Engineering course. The cut-off closing rank for the previous year has been :

B.Tech (Maritime Engineering) - 904 ( General Category)

Thus your chances of admission are high.

 As per your query eligibility for B.Sc Nautical Science is 10+2 or intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and English as a separate subject ,with minimum 60% aggregate from recognized Board.

Minimum 50% marks in English is mandatory

Candidate should be between 17-25 years at the time of commencement.

To pursue B.Sc in Maritime Science student should have passed 10+2 or intermediate with Physics ,Chemistry and Maths with English from recognized board with minimum 60% aggregate.

Minimum 50% marks in English is compulsory.

Age should not be more than 25 years. For SC & ST candidates there is relaxation of 5 years. Candidates have to qualify Common Entrance Test conducted by Indian Maritime University.

Fee structure depends on College you choose. On an average it can range between 2L to 8L for the total duration in  B.Sc Nautical Science.

B.Sc Maritime fee is different for Male and Female candidate's.

For Male - 2, 20,000

For Female- 1,40,500

In general for getting into any government college or IMU you need to have a rank under 1200-1500.

You have secured a rank of 9926 in Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test. Considering your category as general you will not be able to get into imu Mumbai nor imu Kolkata. Even imu vizag will not take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cutoff rank 500-600 in general category.

Considering you are from general category, you can get following seats at IMU:-

• IMU Chennai:- BSc Nautical Science
• IMU Kochi:- BSc Ship Building and Repair
• IMU Mumbai:- BSc Maritime Science

Also, you can take a diploma in Nautical Science leading to BSc Nautical Science at any IMU.

SIMS PUNE is a affiliated college by imu-cet it can organized its own councelling for admissions of student in its campus. 

So if you want to get admission in this college then you must attend the councelling in this college campus. The college can take admission based on 12th merit and imu-cet exam rank.

You can apply in it councelling either online or by visiting the college campus .the courses commence july onwards. You get dates information from college website.
