• The candidates have to visit the SAMS Odisha portal and register themselves by providing their personal and academic details.

• Pay the application fee of Rs.200/- for SC/ST/female candidates and Rs.300/- for male candidates through online mode using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

• Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, and relevant documents as per the prescribed format and size.

• Fill out the online common application form (CAF) and select preferred institutions and branches based on eligibility and interest.

• Submit the online CAF and print a copy for future reference.

Maharaja Polytechnic, Bhubaneswar offers diploma courses in four streams: civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronics and telecommunication engineering. The duration of the diploma courses is three years except for the lateral entry candidates who can join in the second year directly.

• The admission to the diploma courses is based on the merit list prepared by the DTE&T, Odisha according to the DET rank of the candidates.

• The candidates have to participate in the online counselling and document verification process conducted by the DTE&T, Odisha through the SAMS Odisha portal.

• The provisional allotment of seats will be done by the DTE&T, Odisha after considering the choices and merit rank of the candidates.

• The candidates have to pay the admission fee through online mode using debit card/credit card/net banking.

• Download the final allotment letter from the SAMS Odisha portal and report at their allotted institutions with their original documents within the stipulated time.
