Maharana Pratap College of allied Sciences is one of the new generation institutions situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh India and was founded in 2009. Located on a five acre land near the New Collectorate, this co-educational institution provides a number of undergraduate courses. The college is currently had 145 students and 13 faculty members on its rolls. Maharana Pratap College of Allied Sciences offers four baccalaureate programmes in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration and Science. The institute has invested in functional teaching facilities as well as fully focusing on the needs of the students.

The college has developed a number of complex facilities intended to provide students with the possibility of receiving deeper and more complicated kinds of the knowledge and personal development. The campus maintains well furnished separated hostels for boys and girls with a maximum carrying capacity of 140 boy students and 120 girl students. 24 Hour Mess facilities provides, Indoor n Outdoor Games, Medical facility, Telephone facility and Internet facility are available. As per academics the college has a central library that is been equipped with a well furnished reading hall, it consists of books, national and international journals, magazines and newspapers etc. It also provides reference books besides offering the book bank facility in the campus. To ensure the clients are in line with technological developments the college provides internet and WIFI services within the college premise hence enhancing the research services.

In fact, Maharana Pratap College of Allied Sciences has the total of four under-graduation courses all are full time. The programmes that are offered by the University include B . Com, BCA, BBA and B.Sc. The total approved student intake for these programmes is 145 while for B.Com it is maximum which is 60 seats. Though these regular courses the college aims at providing quality education in different fields of professional programmes.

The University Admission process at Maharana Pratap College of Allied Sciences is following the merit system. For all the offered courses including BBA, BCA, B.Sc, and B.Com, the college has upholds merit based system of admission. The assessment of prospective students involves the performance on the qualifications exams that the students complete.
