Maharana Pratap College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kanpur, is a young college, launched in 2018, and it is a educational establishment focused on the sphere of pharmaceuticals. This is an affiliated college that is recognised by the PCI and the AICTE so it has programmes which conform to the Indian system of education. There are ten faculty members in this colleg and here, only one course is available for the pharmacy aspirants. 

Maharana Pratap College of Pharmaceutical Sciences has some important facilities which are required for the pharmaceutical college. Its laboratories are departmental and thus afford students practical experience in different aspects of pharmaceutical sciences. A well stocked library has been provided to meet the informational needs of the students in their course work. Also, the college comprises a health centre and first aid to look after the welfare of the student population. Maharana Pratap College of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers one full-time courses, the four–year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma). The B.Pharma course has been approved for an intake capacity of 100 seats. This gives the students an opportunity to complete a full course programme depending on their interest in the two.
