Malini Valley College, Kotdwar, came into existence in the year 2005 as a constituent college based at Shivrajpur Motadhak, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. This is a co-educational institution where education for the teacher training programme has been allowed by NCTE, New Delhi. The enrolment capacity of students in the college is 192 with 15 staff members. Malini Valley College offers four different courses: B.Ed, BBA, BCA, and B.Sc Information Technology. These programmes serve the diversified academic interests and career goals of students.

The institution has all the basic amenities necessary for the overall development of the students in their academics and personal life: a library that acts as a knowledge hub backing the research culture and study habits, an IT infrastructure that keeps the students connected and updated about the digital learning tools. The aggregate student intake of all courses is 280, offering ample opportunity to bright and aspiring students to pursue streams of their choice.
