Course Details
The PGDM Online is a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme approved by the AICTE, Government of India. The course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to upgrade in today’s competitive business scenario. Students can learn effective decision-making and communication skills through the PGDM Online Programme offered by MDI Gurgaon.
The first year of the programme comprises 8 modules of 6 weeks each and the second year covers 03 modules of 12 weeks each. The students have options to choose specialisations during the second year of the programme. Students can specialise in any functional areas – Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Information Management, Strategic Management, Business Analytics and Energy Management. The course contains a dissertation component.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to pursue the PGDM- Online Programme MDI Gurgaon:
- 10+2 with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-time work experience as of 30th June 2024 after completion of a Bachelor's degree.

Candidates willing to get enrolled in the PGDM Online programme, MDI Gurgaon can apply for admission online. The admission process for the programme includes filling up the online admission form, uploading the required documents and payment of the admission fees of Rs. 1,000/- (Incl. of taxes).
