Located in Urun Islampur, Sangli district, Maharashtra, it was found in the year 2000 and still working with great spirits to help young minds shape the future of budding engineers. Its affiliation entails recognition by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and ensures excellent academic standards.

At MBTC, endeavors are made in such a way that the total learning experience by the child gets nurtured. The campus, considering proper teaching-learning to infrastructural benefits, tries to make everything available to the students for optimum academic and infrastructural benefits for the students. The institute offers a total of six courses, and all are full-time programs designed to cater for various engineering disciplines. MBTC provides a choice of four Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs and two Diploma courses; thus, students get to choose four-year degree programs or three-year diploma options. Totality, the B.Tech ones make up for an intake of 300, catering to various specialisations, whereas the Diploma programs account for another 120 seats. It is perhaps due to this varied course structure that MBTC is highly considered to pave the way for overwhelming academic interests and career aspirations in the engineering field.

The admission process at Manajiraje Bhosale Technical Campus is comprehensive and fair. Most of the engineering colleges of Maharashtra will require candidates to submit their scores at the state level or national level entrance exam as one of the criteria for admission in B. Tech. Only for diploma courses, the eligibility criteria primarily involve 10th standard results or any other separate entrance exam.
