Manbhum Institute of Education and Social Science, Purulia: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Manbhum Institute of Education and Social Science, Purulia, was founded in the year 2007. This affiliated college of West Bengal is approved by NCTE and runs with the objective of imparting specific education programs. The enrolment for students is 385 with a faculty count of 1, so an environment of concentrated learning is offered. Manbhum Institute runs two courses in degrees: B.Ed and D.El.Ed, for the aspiring teachers. The co-educational system is prevalent in this institution, and it allows both boys and girls on board.

The admission is made to Manbhum Institute of Education and Social Science on meritorious grounds, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination or through entrance examination, as the case may be. In the case of a B.Ed Course, candidates shall be admitted based on the qualifying examination or through a selection process as per guidelines of state govt. or UT administration. In the case of a D.El.Ed. course, admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination or through an entrance examination, as per the state government/UT administration policy.
