Mandiya College Sikar, established in 2010, Neem ka Thana, Sikar District Rajasthan is an Affiliated college. This co-educational institution is perhaps one of the smallest UNIVERSAL with a campus area of 1.4 acres. At present, the total enrolment of students for college level is 240 to which 12 qualified educators are providing assistance. Mandiya College provides three undergraduate programmes: These include; Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), which serve a variety of scholastic pursuers. Although the college is comparably new, they have the desire or ambition of producing quality students in the region.

Mandiya College has many amenities with the intentions of improving the experience of the learning of the students. Lamalenga has well-equipped laboratories for teaching Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; this makes learning fun and an engagement of real-life exercises since it now encouraged that the sciences subjects be taught practically. This is an open access library and reading room with a seating capacity of 5000 books More than 5000 books, periodicals, newspapers, journals, and audio-visual aids, help in furthering academic achievement. Till date, Mandiya College provides three fulltime Undergraduate programmes. The Bachelor of Arts (BA) has 120 seats and the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) has 60 seats. There are six sub-fields that the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) programme is offered but the total number of seats are not mentioned. All these programmes take three years and equip students with adequate knowledge in the areas of their speciality. These core undergraduate programmes offered at the college enable the college to offer a focused teaching environment for learners who wish to pursue humanities, sciences, and commerce.
