Among these, if you want to choose the best engineering college, it should be BITS Pilani. Being one of the oldest engineering colleges, it has the reputation, alumni network, placements, oppurtunities, basically everything you want to have from you engineering college. BITS Pilani should be your best bet.

• Fee Structure of VIT is Rs: 1,95,000 (per annum).
• Fee Structure of BITS Pilani is Rs 3,20,000 (per annum).
• Fee Structure of SRM is Rs: 1,55,000/-  (per annum).
• Fee Structure of  MIT is Rs: 16 Lakhs (total).

Among these colleges I consider Vellore Institute of technology to be the best since it provides fantastic placements and excellent faculties.Faculties are well learned and extremely helpful.More than 95% students get placement from this college every year.The highest package offered is 34 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc., companies offer placements. Around 80% of the students got internships in Amazon, Google, TCS and Microsoft. SDE.Infrastructure is quite good over here.

VIT , SRM and Manipal university has their own entrance exams. They do not accept JEE Mains or JEE advance.
They have their own college enterance exam and cutoff marks.
VIT has its own entrance exam called VITEEE.
SRM has its own entrance exam called SRMJEE
Manipal university has its own enterance exam called MET.

Hi,

For admission into Manipal Institute of Technology, candidates need to appear for MET(Manipal Entrance Test). Manipal Academy of Higher Education is the conducting body of the examination. The exam pattern is different for the courses opted by you. For MET B.tech, the duration of the exam is two hours and 18 minutes.

The entrance exam consists of the syllabus of class 11 and class 12 generally.

VIT have nice overall ratings. They have good and consistent placement record, average placement record is around 95%. Highest package offered is 40Lkahs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 6-7Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, etc. They have good infrastructure. They have good teaching faculties and this college gives us a good college life.

Amrita have nice overall ratings but not better than VIT. They have good and but a bit inconsistent placement record, average placement record is around 85%. Highest package offered is 30Lkahs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 6Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Google, Amazon, etc. They have good infrastructure. They have helpful teaching faculties.

MIT have the best overall ratings among the three colleges. They have good and consistent placement record, average placement record is around 98%. Highest package offered is 50Lkahs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 6-7Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Amazon, etc. They have good infrastructure. They have good and supportive teaching faculties.

My suggestion would be for you to go with MIT Manipal.
