Hello aspirant,

Every institute nad government has their own guidelines for giving scholarships. Some give on merit and some give on financial condition of the family. And its rare that, someone gets scholarship on cgpa every year. So, if you have any reservation, definitely you will get scholarship. And any other category, it depends on the guidelines given.

MIT Manipal is the oldest and I think would be the best in the case of placement also. So I would personally prefer MIT Manipal than Jaipur. So both are good and you should choose as per your convenience, as the placement levels would be good in Both the campuses.

Manipal University has two ways through which admission is conducted. Admission based on the entrance exam conducted by the University or other national level competitive exams. Or through direct admission based on qualifying year marks. It manily depends on the course you want to pursue.

Cutoff changes every year depending on factors like number of candidates appeared,difficulty level of paper and previous year cutoff trends.

Manipal University conducts its own annual common online entrance test to offer admissions to interested candidates in their programs, offered across their three campuses

Your rank should be under 2k . Last year to get a rank under 2k , As you had score 446 .this year also I guess it will be more or less same. So your chances is high to get admission.

So they have a pretty much good intake already. I do not think that there is any chance of intake increase but it all depends on the management.

It depends on number of participants and it varies every year. 350 is more than enough to just get into Manipal (main campus) if you aren't aspiring for any specific branch, you'll have a choice of just 2 or maybe 3 branches if you're lucky whereas you'll have multiple options at manipal jaipur because the cutoff here is much more relaxed than the main campus.

You have not mentioned anything like domicile or category hence I will assume you to be from General Category. Please give your rank in the question. According to your marks your chances of getting a seat in EC or ME in MIT Manipal is high if your rank lies below 4820 for EC  and for ME 6138
