Is NIT Srinagar open today for document verification of josaa counselling?

You will get a message from JOSAA counselling regarding when to go to NIT Srinagar for document verification. Most probably the document verification will start in the first week of August for NIT srinagar. For detailed information please call the helpline of Josaa admission cell .

Can I get a refund of my seat acceptance fees in JoSAA if I do not report to the allotted institute?

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you allotted a college but I feel sorry to inform you that it is your mistake that you haven't reported to the college even after being allotted a seat, so you gonna lose your money.

Hello,
According to your rank you have very less chances of getting a seat on any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Your chances are very low through the JOSAA counseling and JAC counseling. But if you want you can sit for the spot counseling of CSAB spot round and also in JAC spot round. You mightttty get a seat in some lower branches. But you will definitely not be able to get any top branches and top colleges.

Did anyone got preparatory course in the 7th round of josaa counselling? (Sc male) My sc prep rank is 925. They are telling to wait.

Hello Everything you need, the preparatory round is held to fill the seats which are left for a particular category or the seats which are left out by someone. As they told you to wait, it's because they want to finish all the admission first, and then only they can start with preparatory round.

Congratulations for getting IIT.

After getting admission in IIT through JOSAA counselling you have to report in the college for further process and studies.You can check the reporting date in the official website of the college.

i have been allotted a seat in 7th round in josaa and i have paid the provisional fee.But, i want to participate in the special rounds.

As you have mentioned that you have got a seat in the 7th round of josaa and you have too paid your provisional fees... Let me tell you that there are no such rules to participate in the csab round of josaa.. Whether you have been allotted a seat or not in tge previous rounds of josaa, you are eligible to participate in the csab round..... Well, there is no need to cancel your seat, but if you cancel the seat you can still participate...

In this round the vacant seats will be filled for different iits, nits, iiits and gftis.... So, you can participate in it!!!!!

Don't worry if you have not get any college till th last round of JOSAA coubselling . As from July 24,2019 tk July 26,2019 , you can register for CSAB special round 2019. CSAB special round is conducted to fill the vacant seats of IITs , NITs and GFTIs left after the initial rounds of counselling. You can register for this round and can get a seat there.

As you have mentioned that your crl rank is 39955 and ews rank is 5095 which indeed is very high.. So, let me tell you that there is nothing to do with your rank in the csab round..

In this round, anyone who has cleared jee then he or she is eligible to participate in the csab round.. In this round the vacant seats are filled for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.....

What to carry to admitting institute to get admission through josaa? DO we have to pay any fee?

Dear Aspirant,

You have to carry all the documents with you to the college which is allotted to you for documents verification process.

The documents include the following in general:

Admit card of mains
Score card of mains
Rank card
12th marksheet
10th marksheet
Income certificate
Caste certificate
Domicile certificate
Passing certificate
Migration certificate
Transfer certificate
Passport photo

There may be some more required according to the college which is allotted to you. I suggest you should check the website of the college which is allotted to you.

I WITHDREW MY ALLOTED SEAT IN JOSAA COUNSELLING AFTER 6TH ROUND, NOW HOW SHOULD I PAY TO PARTICIPATE IN CSAB SPECIAL ROUND? I AM OC STUDENT.

Hello dear
You now just need to do registration for csab round ( i.e by paying 1000/1500 ) which is not refundable .
And for this you should check the csab site for the registration portal and further details.
And if you get my seat in csab rounds than the fee you paid during the josaa couseling will be adjusted in your college fee and if you don't get any seat than the charges ( about 1500 ) will be deducted from the josaa paid fee and remaining will be credited bin your account.
