You will get a message from JOSAA counselling regarding when to go to NIT Srinagar for document verification. Most probably the document verification will start in the first week of August for NIT srinagar. For detailed information please call the helpline of Josaa admission cell .

Hello Everything you need, the preparatory round is held to fill the seats which are left for a particular category or the seats which are left out by someone. As they told you to wait, it's because they want to finish all the admission first, and then only they can start with preparatory round.

After getting admission in IIT through JOSAA counselling you have to report in the college for further process and studies.You can check the reporting date in the official website of the college.

Don't worry if you have not get any college till th last round of JOSAA coubselling . As from July 24,2019 tk July 26,2019 , you can register for CSAB special round 2019. CSAB special round is conducted to fill the vacant seats of IITs , NITs and GFTIs left after the initial rounds of counselling. You can register for this round and can get a seat there.
