B.Sc. Programs: B.Sc. programs are offered by the college with specializations in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology. B.Sc. programs have been approved for intake with a total of 128 seats. Entry into these programs is determined mainly through 10+2 knowledge; students are expected to have an excellent theoretical basis especially in science subjects at that level of competency. B.Com. programs: Mathakaragola College offers the two B.Com. programs, B.Com. (Hons) and B.Com. Accountancy (Hons), with both having approved intakes of 64 seats.
