MATS School of Fashion Designing was established in the year 2010 at Raipur as an institution specializing in the development of creative talent in the field of fashion and interior designing. The 100-acre campus is located at Aarang Kharora Highway, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, spread to provide ample space for learning and innovation. The school offers a concentrated selection of three courses at two degree levels for undergraduate and postgraduate students looking toward the fields of fashion and interior design. With a faculty strength of 7, MATS School of Fashion Designing ensures that the attention is personal and quality education assured to its students. 

At the institute, there are a range of modern facilities designed to enhance the learning experience of its students. The campus boasts adequately equipped laboratories for practice and experimentation in various aspects of fashion and interior design. As for learning resources, a student can avail of a strenuous library with about 50,000 books and bound volumes of journals, subscriptions to relevant updated publications. Separate comfortable hostels are provided for boys and girls, which further make the atmosphere suitable for out-of-town students. For the physical well-being of the students, a fully air-conditioned gymnasium with separate aerobic and weight training areas has been provided in the campus. Other than these, many recreational facilities such as indoor games like carom, chess, table tennis, etc. help students in maintaining a healthy balance of life. 

MATS School of Fashion Designing offers a total three full-time courses which cater to different areas in the fashion and design sector. The institute offers two undergraduate programmes: B.Sc Fashion Designing and Technology (Hons) and B.Sc Interior Designing and Technology, with an intake capacity of 60 students for each. It also offers an M.Des in Fashion Designing and Technology to those wanting further specialisation, accommodating 20 students.
