Maulana Azad PG College Siddharthnagar, an affiliated college was established in the year 2000 is located at Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a college that has a variety of programmes of study to offer across fields of study. The SAU college has total 876 students and 21 faculties which make the college more effective and suitable place to learn as well as develop personality. The college is duly recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in order to make its teacher education programmes effective. Maulana Azad PG College provides information about 6 programmes in 5 areas of study- Arts, Sciences, Education at the undergraduate level and PG level. 

Maulana Azad PG College has many facilities that are used to improve the experience of the student in the college. Two wings available in the college include has built with sports programmes in mind, whilst the other wing contains an auditorium for individuals interested in cultural activities. Knowledge base The library is a vast store of knowledge that offers the student many choices. In terms of teaching and learning facilities the college provides departmental laboratory. Social and personal fulfillment is provided for through a health care facility that encompasses first aid services and a fitness centre for those who would wish to personally train. The college’s IT facilities make it possible for students to connect to the world in today’s society. The culinary aspect of students and staff is served by a cafeteria. For those who may need a place to stay the college has boys’ and girls’ hostel for those students who may be coming from towns. 

The Maulana Azad PG college has a total of six programmes on display and all the programmes are full time programmes. These vary from the under graduate programme for example BA and B.Sc, post graduate programme including MA Education and MA Urdu and professional programmes extending to B.Ed and D.El. Ed. The college has an overall student capacity of nine hundred and seventy six for all the courses offered, thus showing the colleges determination to produce quality students to the market each year. 

Entry requirements at Maulana Azad PG College differ with the programme offered by the institution. In case of B.Ed and D.El.Ed admission are taken strictly on merit basis depending on the marks secured by students in their previous degrees and/ or entrance exams. The college adheres to the admission policies laid down by the state government, U.T. Administration and the university to which it is affiliated.
