MCT College of Legal Studies is one of the legal education college in Kerala located at Melmuri, Malappuram formally founded in 2015. This affiliated college was approved with Bar Council of India (BCI) in offering the specialization programmes in the field of law for legal profession. Information about their overall ranking is not available but it has established a good position for offering legal education within a very short period of time after its establishment. MCT College of Legal Studies is significant in offering quality education through its two full-time degree programmes to any student /learner passionate with Law profession.

Currently, it has a 3-year Programme of LLB and a 5-year Programme of integrated BBA LLB (Hons.). Both the course structures are full time and are proposed to have intake capacity of 120 each for all the programmes so the total intake is 240 across the programmes. These programmes are designed to provide the student with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience which are relevant to sound professional practice. It is however impossible to quantify the number of graduates produced without privatised data, but the college emphasis on quality learning points towards the production of quality learning legal professionals.

The requirement for those who are seeking to be admitted at MCT College of Legal Studies are apt and enthusiastic students for the law courses. The college basically offers admissions through the Kerala Law Entrance Examination (KLEE) Exam, that is conducted for the state of Kerala for admissions into different courses in law. Prospective students are expected to write this examination as part of their admission requirements.
