Meenakshi College of Education, has a campus in Ballabgarh, Haryana, with the vision of manifold development of much-needed future educators. This co-educational institute in the village of Motuka, Tehsil Dayalpur, concentrated its curriculum in the area of teacher education. The quality of training in teacher education programs is maintained by Meenakshi College of Education, which was approved by the National Council for Teacher Education.

These facilities in the college help in enriching the learning processes for the students. One such facility is a well-equipped computer lab with 10 terminals and internet access. Library occupies a special place in the college. It is a central hub of good number of carefully selected textbooks, reference materials, and educational journals that can suffice the academic requirements of the B.Ed. students. Specialized laboratories for students to gain hands-on experience are also available, which include an Educational Psychology Lab with 21 standardized psychological tests and manuals. Meenakshi College of Education has, at present, only one core course available: Bachelor of Education. It is a full-time two-year-long course to make the students competent professionals in teaching. The approved intake for the B.Ed. is 100 seats. All this would now have a more focused approach and concentrate resources, expertise, and energy on delivering high-quality teacher education.

A candidate seeking admission should have ordinarily undergone 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 years of study to be eligible for admission. Admissions to the course in the Meenakshi College of Education are strictly on merit following the policy guidelines formulated by the State Government, UT Administration, and the affiliated University. Candidates are admitted strictly based on their performance at the qualifying examination or entrance tests or other selection processes as prescribed by the authorities.
