MES College of Architecture, Kakkodi was set up in 2013 as an affiliated college in Kozhikode, Kerala. Recognised by the Council of Architecture, this institute is co-educational where students can pursue a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree. Located on the 12 acres of land, the college has an intake capacity of 195 students and comprises a faculty of 11. MES College of Architecture focuses on giving the right knowledge and skills in the course of architecture by offering admission to students who have written national-level examinations, including NATA and JEE Main.

There are various resources available in the college to cater to student needs for academic and personal development. A compact, computerised, and completely automated library currently maintains a collection of more than a thousand books, journals, CD ROMs, e-books, and IS codes along with a digital library. It also separately has hostel facilities for boys and girls to provide outstation students a home away from home. MES College of Architecture, Kakkodi, currently offers one full-time course: Bachelor of Architecture is known as B.Arch or B.Arch, thus the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme. This five-year degree programme has an approved number of intakes of forty (40) students every academic year. The B.Arch course is fully aimed at educating students about the architectonic principles and outlines knowledge as well as practical skills that are required to work in the sphere. Since the college is focused on a single specialised program, there is optimised resource allocation and a focus on architectural education.

The admission of students into MES College of Architecture is conducted on a merit basis and is in line with the legal requirements. Candidates who wish to join the college must appear for the NATA test conducted by the Council of Architecture or the JEE Main test. A minimum of forty percent marks in NATA is required for eligibility to be considered for admission. For admission in the college, students are offered the freedom to present scores of either NATA or JEE Main.
