MGM College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Aurangabad, was founded in the year 1993. It is one of the esteemed constituent colleges working towards grooming media professionals for the future. Being a co-educational college located in the heart of Aurangabad in Maharashtra, it offers various programmes in Journalism and Mass Communication. It is accredited by NAAC. MGM College of Journalism and Mass Communication offers a total of 8 courses in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. All of these are full-time courses, having different specialisations falling under the stream of journalism and mass communication. MA Mass Communication and Journalism is an approved course with an intake of 60 students. The academic portfolio of the college encompasses Bachelors in Mass Communication and Journalism, International Journalism, Sound and Music Technology, Electronic Media, and Film Making (Hons). Whereas, at the postgraduate level, MA in Mass Communication and Journalism and in Broadcast Media and PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations are offered.
