Miranda College of Education is one of the premier B.Ed institutions in Bangalore that was started in the year 2004. This co-educational college that is affiliated develops Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme with an accredited capacity of 100 students. The college has receive accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), as testimony for embracing quality education. Miranda College of Education is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education which approves teacher education standard in India. The college has as many as 8 dedicated faculty members and therefore,  the student-teacher ratio is relatively good to support students individually to cater to their needs.

The only course that is taught at Miranda College of Education is a two-year full-time B.Ed programem.
